Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing z999k, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of this platform, you irrevocably confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
• Are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• Are not accessing z999k from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law;
• Accept that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and z999k;
• Agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein or published separately on the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Use of z999k is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) aged 21 years or older at the time of registration;
• You are accessing z999k for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only;
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of a third party for the purpose of placing bets;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from z999k or had an account suspended or closed by z999k for any breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or close family member of z999k or any of its affiliated service providers.

Account Registration

To place bets or access games on z999k, Players must register a single account. The following rules apply to the registration and maintenance of a z999k account:

• Each Player may hold only one active z999k account. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously — whether directly or through third parties — is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z999k login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must notify z999k immediately via the support team if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• z999k reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, age, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account registration is free. z999k does not charge any fee to create or maintain an account.

For Pakistani players: your account will be registered and denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals will be processed in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product or promotion.

Deposits & Payments

z999k accepts deposits via several payment methods available to Pakistani players. The currently supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast / Interbank QR, HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank transfers, Retail Cash (OTC), and 1LINK/GrabPay. Available methods and processing times may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 (Pakistani Rupees). Maximum deposit limits may apply and are communicated within your account dashboard.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• z999k does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal activity. Deposits are subject to anti-money-laundering screening in compliance with our regulatory obligations.
• z999k does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Deposits are credited to your z999k account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Available Balance (defined as real-money funds not subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. z999k reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative methods at its discretion.
• z999k reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used to deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times may vary based on the chosen payment method and volume of requests.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per month. Current limits are detailed in your account dashboard.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements qualify as Available Balance for withdrawal.
• z999k does not charge withdrawal fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges for which z999k accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

z999k may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any withdrawal of associated funds is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in its specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds section of a Player's balance and are separate from real-money Available Balance. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• z999k reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already in active use by a Player.
• Only one bonus may be active per Player at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including through coordinated play with other Players, multiple accounts, or manipulation of qualifying deposit patterns — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
• Certain game types (e.g., low house-edge table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on z999k — including sports bets (cricket, football, and other markets) and casino game wagers — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules published separately on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. z999k does not accept cancellations of placed bets except where expressly permitted under specific event or game rules.
• z999k reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical malfunction or human error — and to refund the original stake amount to the Player's balance.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session, the outcome of the interrupted game round will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical failure policy.
• Cricket betting markets at z999k — including PSL, international test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Cricket section of the platform. In-play bets are subject to market suspension at z999k's discretion.
• z999k does not accept liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of applicable betting rules, odds formats, or market conditions. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the terms of each bet before placing it.
• Maximum stake limits may apply to specific markets, events, or game types. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on z999k. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, bet voiding, and forfeiture of balances, with potential referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Operating more than one z999k account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with z999k games;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or artificially influence betting markets;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting — placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — in a manner designed to exploit z999k's odds;
• Using z999k for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means including unauthorised use of third-party payment instruments;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in z999k's software, platform, or game systems.

Responsible Gaming

z999k is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of self-service responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered Players from within their account settings at no cost and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Wagering Limits: Players may restrict the total amount they wager within a defined time period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time reminders that notify them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from z999k for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be suppressed. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications can be enabled to remind Players of the time elapsed and money spent during their current session.

z999k enforces a strict 21+ policy and cooperates with responsible gaming initiatives. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we urge you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek independent support.

Suspension & Account Closure

z999k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the Player has registered from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Players who wish to close their own z999k account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any Available Balance (real-money funds not subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of KYC if not previously completed. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• z999k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm;
• z999k does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability;
• z999k's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim;
• z999k is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party network failures that affect a Player's ability to access or use the platform.

Nothing in this Section shall operate to exclude or restrict z999k's liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property

All content on z999k — including but not limited to the z999k brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, images, graphics, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of z999k or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use z999k solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any z999k content without prior written consent from z999k.
• Use of the z999k brand, logo, or any associated marks for any commercial or promotional purpose is strictly prohibited without written authorisation.

Amendments to These Terms

z999k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, z999k will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. z999k may also, at its discretion, notify registered Players of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of z999k following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using z999k and, if you wish, request account closure in accordance with Section 11. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z999k holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is detailed in z999k's licensing documentation, which is available upon request from the support team.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and z999k, the Player should first contact z999k's support team and allow a reasonable period — no less than 14 calendar days — for z999k to investigate and respond. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by z999k's licensing authority.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent z999k from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
